The Wilderness Hydro is situated in the picturesque town of Wilderness, in close proximity to George, Sedgefield and Knysna in the heart of the Garden Route.

We operate from the premises of the four star Wilderness Beach Hotel, the only hotel on the beach front in Wilderness.
Wilderness offers you sandy beaches and meandering trails through indigenous forests, fynbos, lakes, cliffs and numerous attractions ranging from the popular Outeniqua Choo Choo train to scenic helicopter flights and tandem paragliding for the more adventurous.
We offer package deals in conjunction with the hotel, ranging from one day to one-week accommodation and treatments.

Our business hours are :

May - August
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00

September - April
Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 20:00
Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00

We are open on all Public Holidays except for the 25th December and 1st January.

Please note the following in order to make your more experience enjoyable :

- Please bring comfortable open shoes and a bathing costume.
- Female clients are not permitted to have any water treatments or activities while menstruating for hygienic reasons.
- Please remove contact lenses beforehand or before each treatment.

- Please shower / bath before treatments and leave jewellery and valuables in the lockers provided or at home.
- Allow sufficient time for digestion of food before treatments.
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden before treatments.
- Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant.
- Please inform your therapist of any skin allergies or other medical conditions you may have.
